The location on the edge of Sapa town was good. We had quite a nice view over the valley from our room. We also enjoyed the hotel pool and the restaurant was nice. The stars of the hotel have to be the staff, every department from front desk, baggage, room cleaning and restaurants were excellent, professional and super friendly.

The location was perfect, close enough to the centre of town without the noise. The street was lit up with beautiful overhead lanterns at night. Views from room was amazing. Koi pond on level 3 was beautiful and the restaurant had fantastic views and a good selection for breakfast.

Amazing views with great sized rooms and balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed many times before and will be back in the future. Great value for money.

The view from the breakfast room is unbeatable and the reason why we booked this hotel. The view truly did not disappoint and made our stay in Sapa even more special. The breakfast selection was very good with traditional Vietnamese or Continental options. The view from the room is stunning and the warm pool was perfect after a long day of trekking in the rain.

Fantastic hotel. I booked a room with a view which was great for a morning coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The location was good and walking distance to some of the key areas in town.

The staff were very helpful & considerate. They moved us to better room because it was wet and windy on the top floor and we may get cold.

The location of the hotel and the view from the room was too good. The facility was very good, especially the washroom and toilet seat. If you are visiting SAPA then you can definitely stay in this hotel.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel. The location is just a short walk to the center of town but very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Plenty of shops, restaurants and motorbike rental within 50m.
